1. Any / All tenderers who have registered in the e-GP system may participate in the tender, provided that they fulfill the criteria as stated in the Tender Document.

N.B.: i) Tenderers are requested to fill in different Tender Forms (Section 5: Tender and Contract Forms) properly with the necessary information and by uploading the necessary document(s), which will be considered for tender evaluation.

ii) Unnecessary / Excess document(s) are discouraged to upload/attach. Note: All other information is available in TDS.

iii) If the quoted rate of any item deviates more than ten percent (10%) compared to the RHD Rate Schedule 2022, then the tenderer must enclose rate analysis following RHD standard format in support of the quoted rate of that item with the tender.
