1) This Invitation for Tenders is open to all potential Tenderer in Bangladesh.
2) Tenderer shall have the up-to-date valid Trade and ABC license(s) issued by the corresponding competent authority.
3) Tenderer shall have the up-to-date valid VAT, TAX return documents issued by the corresponding competent authority.
4) Tenderer shall have general working experience of at least 3(three) years.
5) Tenderer shall have completion of Electrical or Civil construction or maintenance work order value of minimum BDT 6 (six) lac under maximum 1 (one) contract over a period of last 3 (three) years, the completion experience documents issued by the Government/Semi-Gov. or Autonomous authority.
6) The annual average construction turnover shall be minimum BDT 10(ten) lac in the last 3 (three) years.
7) The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the tenderer shall be minimum BDT 10(ten) lac.
8) The contractor or sub-contractor's work order is cancelled/ terminated in last 3(three) years by Power Grid due to failure of work completion will not be eligible in this tender.
