Eligibility of Tenderer : 1. The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in Construction Works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be 5(Five) years. 2. The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor of similar nature of work at least 01 (One) number of works completed within the last 5 (Five) years with a value of at least Tk 3.00 Lakh (Three Lac) only under a single contract with Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh. 3. Upto date Income Tax certificate. 4. Upto date VAT registration certificate. 5.Upto date Trade license. 6. Shal have valid upto date ABC/BC category contractor license and Supervisory License from Electrical Licensing Board of Bangladesh Government. 7. Min. Liquid assets ie. Working Capital/ Credit facilitiy of Tk. 300000.00(Thee lac). Adequacy of minimum liquid assets against the name of the tender works substantiated by any scheduled Bank of Bangladesh as specified in the format without any alteration, issued not earlier than prior to the day of the publication of the tender. 8. Spare parts assurance certificate from the Schindler Lift. (Supporting documents must be enclosed.)
9. All other qualification criteria will be as per TDS and ITT included in the tender.
