5.Certificate of experience demonstrating that the participating acid manufacturing or supplying firm has transported Sulphuric Acid via tank lorry. 6. If the tenderer is a sulfuric acid manufacturer, a copy of the government approval and a license for transporting acid must be submitted. In the case of a supplier, an authorization certificate from the acid manufacturing company and a license for transporting acid by road must be submitted. The acid manufacturer or supplier must deliver the acid to the AFCCL warehouse using acid-proof tank lorries; transportation of acid by any means other than tank lorries is not permitted. 7. Tank lorries used for transporting sulfuric acid must possess a fitness certificate, blue book, registration, road permit, valid driver's license, insurance, etc. The contractor is responsible for obtaining the necessary government clearances/approvals for the movement of vehicles loaded with sulfuric acid on the roads. 8.
