This invitation for Tender is open to all eligible Tenderers as mentioned below: 1.The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor, Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be 05 (five) years.
2. The minimum specific experience as Prime Contractor, Subcontractor or Management Contractor in similar nature of electro-mechanical works successfully completed within the last 05 (five) years with a value of at least Tk. 16.00 (Sixteen) Lac in a single contract under the public sector of Bangladesh. 3. The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk. 16.00 (Sixteen) Lac in the last 5 (Five) years. Payment certificates for contracts in progress or completed under the public sector during the last 05 (five) years must be submitted along with the tender in support of average annual construction turnover. 4. The Tenderer must have a minimum liquid assets/working capital/credit facilities (in the e-PW2A-8 form without any alteration) of Tk. 15.00 (Fifteen) Lac, issued between the IFT publication date and the opening date. 5. The Tender Capacity is Tk. 20.00 (Twenty) Lac. Supporting documents must be submitted along with information as per the enclosed form (ongoing works/commitments).
7. Up-to-date valid ABC/BC category Contractor and Electrical Supervisory License (FY: 2026-27). 6. The Tenderer must enclose an up-to-date valid VAT & TIN registration certificate, an up-to-date Trade License and up-to-date Income Tax Clearance Certificate. All other conditions as mentioned in e-TDS & PCC of the e-tender document must be fulfilled.
