Eligibility of Tenderer :	1. The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor shall be 5 years. 2. The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor under public sector of at least one contract of Installation of electric lights, switches, sockets, signage, and CCTV cameras. works successfully completed within the last 5 years, each with a value of at least Tk. 5(Five Lac). 3. The required average annual construction turnover under public sector shall be greater than Tk.5 (Five) Lac over the last 5 financial years. 4. The minimum amount of financial resources as liquid asset or credit line(s) must be submitted by the Tenderers shall be Tk 5 (Five) Lac in the prescribed form e-PW2A-8 published by BPPA. 5. The minimum capacity shall be: 5(Five) Lac. 6. The Tenderer must enclose VAT registration certificate, up-to-date income tax clearance certificate, up to-date trade license, ABC/BC type Contractory and Supervisory license l & return slip of Assessment year mentioned in TDS. 7. VAT shall be deducted from the contractor's bill using the current NBR rate. 8. All other conditions as mentioned in TDS & PCC of e-tender document must be fulfilled.
