a) The minimum of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the supply of Goods and related services as Supplier shall be 5 years. b) The minimum specific experience as Supplier in supply of Air-cooler of at least one (1) contract successfully completed within the last 5 years, with a value of at least Tk.14 lac only under any Govt./Semi Govt./Autonomous organization of Bangladesh. i) In case of work done under PWD, the certifying and authenticating Authority shall be the concern Executive Engineer. ii) In case of work done under Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous body/ Private Organization in Bangladesh other than PWD, the certifying Authority shall be the officer of the organization (not below the rank of Executive Engineer). c) The minimum amount of liquid asset or working capital or credit facilities of the tenderer shall be minimum Tk.19.00 lac only. Letter of commitment for Bank’s Undertaking for line of credit should be in the format as specified in the tender form. Document submitted along with the tender must be issued in between publication date and submission date of the tender. d) The tenderer must posses:(i) Up-to date income tax clearance certificate(ii) Valid VAT registration certificate.(iii) Up to-date trade license. (iv) Up-to-date ABC/BC category contractory and supervisory license from Electrical Licensing Board, Government of Banglades. e)The tenderer must submit valid Manufacturer Authorization certificate of the Existing brand at the site which is duly sealed and signed from the Manufacturers in their own letter head pad for AC. f) Other required eligibility and Details specifications attached Section-6 & Tender documents.
