1) Valid trade license, TIN number, VAT registration, nationality, & business address, and declaration about legal capacity to enter into the contract.

2) Work plan, statement of work method, equipment & personnel.

Special Instruction:

1) Payment will be made subject to the availability of funds. No claim in this regard will be entertained.

2) Continuation of work could not be hampered for the reason of insufficient budget provision & fund allocation. The work must be completed within the stipulated time, failure of which action will be taken as per Contract Document Clause & PPR-2025.

3) Tenderers are advised to visit the site before submitting their tender to familiarize themselves with the site conditions. 

4) A Pre-Tender Meeting shall be held on 29 October 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Office of the Executive Engineer, Feni Water Development Division, BWDB, Feni. All prospective Tenderers are encouraged to attend the meeting. 

Rehabilitation of embankment on both banks of the Muhuri River (Length=4070m) including re-excavation/dredging of the river (Length=2080m), bank protection works with toe protection of embankment (Length=915m), and construction of inlets (5 Nos) in adjacent areas from river chainage 6.000 KM to 8.080 KM=2.080 KM in connection with "Rehabilitation of Muhuri-Kahua Flood Control, Drainage and Irrigation Project in Feni District (1st Phase)" under Feni WD Division, BWDB, Feni.
