1. The bidder must be a manufacturer or the authorized sole Bangladeshi representative of a foreign manufacturer. Authorization letter from any dealer/trading house will not be accepted.
2. The tenderer shall have minimum 05 (five) years general experience in the supply of goods & related services.
3. The tenderer shall have specific experience in satisfactory completion of supply of submersible motor winding wire of at least Tk. 3.40 Crore under maximum 03 (three) contracts in the last 05 (five) years in any Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous organization, completed as per PPR-2008/2025 and having Tender ID along with work order. Otherwise, it will not be accepted.
4. The tenderer shall have a valid ISO 9001:2015 (or updated) certificate in case the tenderer is an authorized representative of the foreign manufacturer. The manufacturer must have valid ISO 9001:2015 (or updated) & ISO 14001:2015 (or updated) certificate.
5. The bidder shall submit at least 10 (ten) kg samples of submersible motor winding wire (size: nominal diameter 1.70 mm) along with manufacturer/factory test report to BMDA, Rajshahi regional store, Rajshahi. The receipt of sample submission and factory test report shall be uploaded along with the tender. Without the samples, the proposal will not be considered for evaluation.
6. Tenderer must have financial solvency amounting Tk. 3.00 Crore for supplying goods and related services.
7. Tenderer shall have valid & updated trade license, updated income tax clearance certificate, vat registration certificate, TIN, BIN and financial solvency certificate.
