1. The tenderer shall be a manufacturer or authorized representative of a manufacturer.
2. The tenderer shall have a minimum of 05 (five) years of general experience in the supply of related goods & services.
3. The tenderer shall have specific experience of satisfactory completion of supply of M.S. Column Pipe/M.S. Housing Pipe of minimum Tk. 30 lakhs under a single contract in the last 05(five) years in any Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous organization.
4. In all cases, the experience/completion certificate issuing officer shall not below the rank of an Executive Engineer & years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.
5. For local manufacturer, the manufacturer must have updated industrial license & environmental clearance certificate. For foreign manufacturer, the manufacturer must have valid ISO 9001:2015 (or updated) & & ISO 14001:2015 (or updated) certificate.
6. The tenderer shall submit samples of each item, namely: i) Column Pipe ii) Delivery Pipe iii) 90 Degree Bend with Base Plate with drawing (if any) as per the description of the tender BOQ to Rajshahi Regional Store, BMDA, Rajshahi. Sample submission receipt and manufacturer/factory test report shall be uploaded along with the tender.
7. Tenderer shall have Valid & updated trade license, income tax clearance certificate, TIN certificate, VAT registration certificate.
