This invitation for Tender is open to all Eligible Tenderers as Mentioned below: 1. Reputed contractor’s / construction firms who have minimum 5 (five) years of general experience in Construction works. 2. Successfully completion in a single contract of RCC Boundary Wall and RCC Road Construction with a value of not less than 100.00 (One hundred) lac within last 5 (five) years in Govt./Semi-Govt./Autonomous Agencies. 3. The required average annual construction turnover must be greater than Tk 100.00 (One hundred) lac during the last 5 (Five) years. Payment certificates of works contract in progress or completed under public sector must be submitted along with tender in support of average annual construction turnover. 4. The minimum liquid asset amounting of BDT 75.00 (Seventy-Five) lac, supporting documents is to be submitted with the tender. Credit Commitment issued by any scheduled bank should be fully unconditional as per specific Form(e-PW2a-8). 5. Tender Capacity Tk. 120.00 (One Hundred Twenty) Lac. 6. Tenderer must submit the following up to date documents: a) Trade license. b) Registration book. c) VAT Registration Certificate. d) Latest Income Tax Clearance certificate. e) Authorization letter of Tenders' representative duly attested by the Tender.
