Eligibility of Tenderer :	1. The Tenderer shall submit the updated Trade license, VAT Registration Certificate and Income Tax Clearence Certificate; 2. Bank solvency certificate (Bank certificates issued before the publication of this e-tender notice will not be accepted and the last 1 year's bank statement will be required); 3. The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit lines of the Tenderers shall be BDT 80.00 (Eighty) Lac for the goods; 4. Must have minimum experience in providing specific experience in at least 02 (two) framework contracts (NOA/Work Order and Completion Certificate) successfully completed within the last 04 years, each value at least 61.00 (Sixty-One) lakh Taka; 5. "The Tenderer must submit a copy of the valid Enlistment Certificate as a Private Press." 6. "The Tenderer must submit a copy of the valid certificate issued by the Bangladesh Mudran Shilpa Samity." 7. The tenderer must be submitted Audit report of last 03 years; 8. The Tender shall be completed and signed by an authorized representative of the Tenderer.
