1. The Tenderer shall submit the updated Trade license, VAT Registration Certificate and Income Tax Clearence Certificate; 2. Bank solvency certificate (Bank certificates issued before the publication of this e-tender notice will not be accepted and the last 1 year's bank statement will be required); 3. The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit lines of the Tenderers shall be BDT 53.00 (Fifty Three) Lac for the goods; 4. Must have minimum experience in providing specific experience in at least 02 (two) framework contracts (NOA/Work Order and Completion Certificate) successfully completed within the last 03 years, each value at least 45.00 (forty-five) lakh Taka; 5. The bidder must submit the sales agent's authorization letter for offset paper and the manufacturer's authorization letter for Insect Spray & Air Freshener Dispenser products; 6. The tenderer must be submitted product catalogue/brochure and Audit report of last 03 years; 7. The Tender shall be completed and signed by an authorized representative of the Tenderer.
