Eligibility of Tenderer :	1. The Tenderer shall submit the updated Trade license, VAT Registration Certificate and Income Tax Clearence Certificate; 2. Bank solvency certificate (Bank certificates issued before the publication of this e-tender notice will not be accepted and the last 1 year's bank statement will be required); 3. The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit lines of the Tenderers shall be BDT 85.00 (Eighty-Five) Lac and Document/Evidence for the above liquid assets/credit facilities shall be submitted with the tender. 4. The Supplier should have manufacturer authorization certificate. (No third-party manufacturer authorization is allowed) 5. Must have minimum specified experience in at least 2 specific framework contracts (NOA, Work Order and Agreement) as a supplier within the last 3 years, each value at least 63.00 (Sixty-Three) lakhs taka, counting from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP system; (Please submit only specific supporting documents. Do not submit any unnecessary paperwork) 6. Audit reports for the last 3 years. 7. BCS certificate of the bidder. 8. Authorized Dealership Certificate from the Bidder.
