This Invitation for Tender is open to all qualified Tenderers as mentioned below:
a) Up to date valid Trade license (FY 2025-26)
b) Valid TIN & VAT registration Certificate
c) Up to date valid Income Tax clearance certificate (FY 2023-24 or FY 2024-25)
d) The minimum of years of general experience of the tenderer in construction work shall be 5 (five) years [Years counting back ward from the date of IFT]
e) Specific experience of satisfactory completion of Supplying and setting of Furniture work as prime contractor/ Subcontractor/ Management Contractor in a single contract with a minimum value of Taka 22.00 lac in any government/ semi government/ autonomous organization within last 5 (five) years from the date of IFT
f) A minimum Average Annual construction turnover over last 5 years of Tk. 33.00 lac. [Years counting backward from the date of IFT]
g) The minimum amount of liquid assets of the tenderer shall be Taka 20.00 lac in the form of a letter of commitment for bank's undertaking for line of credit (e-GP Format) without alteration issued not earlier than twenty-eight (28)days of the deadline for submission of Tender only
h) Tender capacity of Tk. 23.00 Lac [to submit ongoing work details, contract amount, payment bill amount, remaining works amount and other required information]
