(1) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in providing physical service as Prime Service Provider shall be 05 [Five] years.

(2) The minimum specific experience as a Prime Service Provider in providing physical service of at least 01 (one) contract of similar nature and complexity completed over a period of 05 [Five] years with a value of at least of BDT 12,00,000.00 [Twelve Lac] shall be required.

(3) The minimum amount of financial resources as liquid asset or working capital or credit line(s) or specific credit commitment or in any combination of them, of the Tenderers shall be BDT 12,00,000.00 [Twelve Lac] that must be issued not earlier than the date of publication of IFT Notice in the e-GP Website.

(4) The Tenderer should have a valid Trade license, be financially solvent, an Income Tax payee & legal capacity to enter into the contract, and should not have a conflict of interest pursuant to Rule of Procurement policy-2026 of Electricity Generation Bangladesh PLC.

Procurement of GT Air Intake Filter Replacement Work, Cleaning Work of DAF, CT Basin, Clarifier Tank, Discharge Pit, Wrap Filter Washing Work, Sand Replacement Work of Sand Filter, etc. under frame work basis of Siddhirganj 335 MW CCPP

The Service Provider shall be capable of supplying:

1) Skilled Labor for GT Air Inlet Filter Replacement Works, Sand Replacement Works of Sand Filters, DAF Cleaning Works and other maintenance works as per BOQ and issued Notification Letter. 
2) Skilled Technician for GT Air Inlet Filter Replacement Works as per BOQ and issued Notification Letter.
3) Ordinary Labor for Cooling Tower Basin cleaning, Clarified Water Tank cleaning, Discharge Pit cleaning and other Tanks & Pit etc. Cleaning, other maintenance works as per BOQ and issued Notification Letter.
4) Skilled Technician for different maintenance works as per BOQ and issued Notification Letter.
