1. The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor shall be 03 (Three) years. 2. The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor in construction works under public sector of at least 01 (One) contract of similar nature, successfully completed within the last 05 (Five) years, each with a value of at least Tk. 1,50,000/- (One Lac Fifty Thousand only) (Supported by work completion certificate). 3. The required average annual construction turnover under public sector shall be greater than Tk. 1,20,000/- (One Lac Twenty Thousand only) over the last 03 (Three) financial years. 4. The minimum amount of financial resources as liquid asset or credit line(s) or specific credit commitment or in any combination of them, of the Tenderers shall be Tk. 1,00,000/- (One Lac only). 5. The tenderer shall have valid Trade License, Vat certificate, TIN certificate (With acknowledge slip/certificate) and ABC electric license. 6. Tenderers are not allowed to form Joint Ventures to participate in this tendering process.
