Eligibility of Tenderer :	This invitation for tender is open to all eligible civil tenderers as mentioned below : (A) Original Up to date Trade license, Up to date Income Tax Certificate, Up to date VAT Registration Certificate, Liquid asset supported documents. B) Reputed contractors/construction firms who have minimum 3(three) years of general experience in Construction works. (C) Having experience in successfully completion/execution of at least 1(one) number of similar nature of Construction of Boundary wall at least Tk.120.00 lakh i.e, One Crore andTwenty Lakh from any Govt/semi govt./ autonoumous body/council/corporation etc.. (D) The Tenderer shall have a minimum average annual construction turnover during last 3 (Three) years amounting of Tk. 120.00 lakh i.e, One Crore and twenty Lakh from any Govt/semi govt./ autonoumous body/council/corporation etc. (F) The minimum amount of Liquid Assets or working capital or credit facilitiesof the tenderer shall be Tk.100.00 lakh i.e, One Crore. Adequacy of minimum liquid assets or credit line(s) substantiated by any scheduled Bank of Bangladesh in the format as specified (Form ePW2A-8), without alteration, issued not earlier than twenty Eight (28) days prior to the day of the original deadline for submission of Tenders for this contract. G) The competent authority reserves all the rights to accept or reject any or all Tenders without assigning any reason. vii) Any deviations of signature will be treated as disqualification of tenderer.
