Eligibility of Tenderer: Tenderer should be submitted with its e-Tender the following additional documents:
1. Updated copy of valid trade license. 2. Updated income tax clearance certificate & E-tin certificate. 3. Updated vat registration certificate. 4. A latest certified copy of bank solvency certificate. 5. The Tenderer Must be submit a Bank statement for the last 03 month as of September. 6. A certificate of ownership of the company. 7. Citizenship certificate & national identity card copy. 8. An authorization letter must be submitted. 9. Tender Document Purchase Voucher. 10. Must submit a Certificate of confirming that you are not blacklisted. 11. The Tenderers must have minimum 03(Three) years of general experience of construction works. 12. The minimum specific experience as a prime contractor in construction works of at least 01 (one) number of similar natures of any building related work successfully completed within the last 03 (Three) years with a value of at least Tk 90,000/- in single contract under Government/ Semi Government/ Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh. 13. The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk. 1,00,000 in the last 03 (Three) years. Payment certificates for contract in progress or completed under public sector during last 03 (Three) years must be submitted along with the tender in support of average annual construction turnover. 14. The Tenderer must have a minimum liquid assets/ working capital/credit facilities (in the PW2A-8 Form Published by BPPA) Tk. 90,000/-
