[The Assessment Year (AY) shall be the immediate past Assessment Year of the Financial Year in which the Tender is invited. (f) Liquid asset statement/ Working capital/Credit facility certificate (as per requirement), (g) Similar work ompletion certificate must be given by government, semi-government or autonomous organization. (h) Provide a work completion certificate, work order and notification of award (NOA) issued by the appropriate authority and duly signed. In this case, work order or notification of award (NOA) alone will not be acceptable. (i) In case of shortage of any requirement, the tenderer will be treated as non-responsive. (j) If any tenderer is found currently blacklisted by the proper authority, then the tenderer will be considered as a disqualified for this tender process at any stage of the tender.
