a. The Tenderer shall have a valid Trade License, TINand VAT Registration Certificate/BIN, as applicable.
b. The Tenderer shall have at least 01 (One) years of general experience in diesel engine repair, maintenance or servicing.
c. Before commencing the repair works, the Tenderer shall inspect the engine, identify the defects and submit a report on the required repair works and spare parts to the Procuring Entity for approval.
d. Upon completion of the repair works, the Tenderer shall submit a service report detailing the works performed, spare parts replaced and test results.
e.During the warranty period, the Contractor shall rectify repair-related defects or replace defective spare parts at no additional cost, in accordance with the Contract conditions and PE
f. The Tenderer shall have successfully completed at least 01 (one) similar repair, maintenance or servicing contract during the last 03 (three) years. The minimum contract value, if applicable, shall be as specified in the TDS.

g. The Tenderer shall have access to the necessary technical personnel, tools and equipment required to complete the repair works satisfactorily

h. Upon completion of the repair works, the engine shall undergo a test trial at 80% of its rated speed, subject to operational and technical feasibility, to verify satisfactory performance.
i. The Tenderer shall provide a warranty of 01 (one) year for the repair works performed and the applicable manufacturer’s warranty documents for the supplied spare parts.
