1. The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor shall be 5 years.
2. The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor in construction works under public sector of at least one contract of lift maintenance and operation work successfully completed within the last 5 years each with a value of at least Tk. 3.00 (Three) Lac.
3. The minimum amount of financial resources as liquid asset or working capital of the Tenderers shall be Tk. 3.00 (Three) Lac must be submitted in the prescribed form i.e e-PW-2A-8 form published by the BPPA.
4. The required average annual construction turnover under public sector shall be greater than Tk. 4.00 (Four) Lac over the last 5 financial years.
5. The minimum capacity shall be: TK. 3.50 (Three point five) Lac.
6. Tenderer must submit sole distributorship certificate of Schindler Lift. (Supporting documents must be enclosed.)
7. . Spare parts assurance certificate from the Schindler Lift. (Supporting documents must be enclosed.)
