This invitation for Tender is open to all eligible Tenderers as mentioned below: (a) The minimum number of years of General Experience of the Tenderer in the Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Medical Oxygen Gas Supply shall be 5 (Five) years. i.e., years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP system. (b) The minimum specific experience as a contractor in the supply , installation & commissioning of medical gas pipeline system succesfully completed with a value of at least Tk. 16.00 (Sixteen) Lakh during last 5 (Five) yeasrs. Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP system.
(c) The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk. 12.00 Lakh (Twelve) Lakh only over the last 05 (Five) financial years .
(d) The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s), net of other contractual commitments is Tk. 20.00 (Twenty) Lakh.
(e) The minimum tender capacity shall be Tk. 16.00 (Sixteen) Lakh only. (f) Up to date valid Trade license. (g) Up-to date ABC Electric Contractor and supervisor license issued from Bangladesh Electrical Licensing Board. (h) Up to date Income tax clearance certificate from NBR with TIN. (i) Up to date VAT Registration certificate from NBR.
