1. The tenderer should have the authorization from the Oracle Corporation and must have the legal capacity to entitle the tender.
2.The minimum specific experience as a Service Provider (Prime) in providing physical service (AMC) of at least 01(ONE) contract of similar nature and complexity completed over a period of 5 years with a value of at least of BDT 01(ONE) crore shall be required in any Bank in Bangladesh.
3.The required average annual turnover of the Tenderer shall be at least of the amount of BDT 82.50 lac over the last three financial years.
4. The minimum amount of financial resources as liquid asset or working capital or credit line(s) or specific credit commitment or in any combination of them of theTenderers shall be BDT [ 27.50 lac]
5. The Amount of Tender Security: 4,00,000/- (Four Lac) only to be furnished through Pay order / Bank draft / Bank guarantee favoring "BASIC Bank PLC”.

1.The minimum specific experience as a Service Provider (Prime) in providing physical service of at least ONE contract of similar nature and complexity completed over a period of 5 years with a value of at least of BDT 1(ONE) crore in any Bank in Bangladesh shall be required with supporting staff/equipment.
2. The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in contracting industries in public sector as Prime Service Provider shall be 03 years in any Bank in Bangladesh.
