Eligibility of Tenderer :	1 . The bidder needs to be at least 3 (Three) Years’ general experience in the supply of related Goods/Solution and services. Documentary proof need to be submitted such as Audit Report/Trade License. 2 . The bidder must have BASIS Membership. Need to submit documentary proof. 3. The minimum specific experience as a Supplier in supplying similar Goods/Solutions is at least one (01) contract successfully completed within the last 05 (five) years, and the solution is currently in live operation in a bank in Bangladesh with a value of at least Tk. 55,00,000.00 (Taka Fifty-five Lac Only). Completion Certificate(s) need to be submitted as documentary proof. 4. The minimum amount of financial resources as liquid asset or working capital or credit line(s) or specific credit commitment or in any combination of them, of the Tenderers shall be Tk 65,00,000.00 (Sixty Five Lac Only). 5. The Solution must have 01 (One) Year Warranty. 6. The bidder must have own office in Dhaka, Bangladesh.
