Brand, Type, Model & Country of Origin (if Applicable) must be clearly mentioned for the item in the Technical Offer. 6. Manufacturer’s Authorization Letter in favor of the Bidder must be submitted along with the offer. 7. The Manufacturer’s Certificate of Analysis (CoA) must be submitted along with the Technical Offer. Technical Scrutiny will be carried out based on the submitted Certificate of Analysis. The Certificate of Analysis must clearly mention the Name and Designation of the Chemist, and the date of Issuance of the Certificate shall not be older than 15 (Fifteen) days from the Tender Date. 8.
