Eligibility of Tenderer :	This invitation for Tender is open for all eligible Tenders as mentioned below: 1. Tenderer Must submit up-to-date Enlistment Certificate of 1.4 Class issued from Titas Gas Transmission and Distribution PLC. 2. The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in procurement/construction Works as Prime Contractor shall be 5 years. 3. A satisfactory completion of similar works of Installation Gas Pipe line as a Prime Contractor under single contract must be completed within the last 5(Five) years of a value of at least Tk. 18.0 (Eighteen) Lac. 4. The minimum amount of free fund i.e working capitals or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk 15 (fifteen) Lac . Document of Liquid Assets to be submitted along with the tender must be issued in between publication date and submission date of the tender. Certificate of unconditional Liquid Asset must be submitted in prescribed form published by CPTU, otherwise the tender will be summarily rejected. 5. The Tenderer must have up-to-date Trade License, VAT Registration Certificate, up-to-date Income Tax Clearance Certificate/TIN. Tenderer are requested to go through TDS.
