(a) The minimum of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the supply of Goods and related services as Supplier shall be 03 (Three) years. Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System.
(b) The minimum specific experience as a Supplier in public sector the Supply, installation, testing, commissioning, and development of a Web-Based Toll Collection Systems including Toll Collection Software and its Operation and Maintenance (O&M) successfully completed within the last 20 (twenty) years under a single contract, with a value of at least Tk. 3.00 crore (Taka Three Crore only). The period shall be counted backward from the date of publication of the IFT in the e-GP System.
(c) The minimum amount of financial resources as liquid asset or working capital or credit line(s) or specific credit commitment or in any combination of them, of the Tenderers shall be Tk 4.00 (Four) crore
(d) Other conditions as per TDS.
