1 This Invitation for Tenders is open to all potential Tenderer in Bangladesh. 2.Tenderer shall have the up-to-date valid Trade license(s), BSTI and FSCD license issued by the corresponding competent authority. 3. Tenderer shall have the up-to-date valid NID, VAT, TAX return documents issued by the corresponding competent authority. 4. Tenderer shall have the Fire Fighting Equipment supplying of re-filling experience documents issued by the Government/Semi-Gov. or Autonomous authority. 5. Tenderer shall have the up-to-date Liquid Assets related Document. (In-case of Bank statement, the tenderer must provide at least six month statement). 6. All materials, equipment and associated services to be supplied under the Contract are from eligible sources 7. The Tenderer shall furnish documentary evidence of their continued eligibility, including, but not limited to, Power of Attorney, Manpower List, Annual Turnover Reports for the last three years, and any other documents that the Procuring Entity may reasonably require for verification of the Tenderer’s eligibility. 8. Any Contractor whose contract or work order has been cancelled or terminated by Power Grid Bangladesh PLC within the last 3 (three) years due to failure to complete the work shall not be eligible to participate in this Tender.
