(a) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the Power Line constructions or Renovations / Distribution Sub-Station installation and other related works as a Contractor shall be 05 (Five) years.
(b) The minimum specific experience as a Contractor in Power Line constructions or Renovations 11/0.4 kV Composite Line and Installing 3-Phase Distribution Transformer (11/0.4 KV) related works of at least 02 (Two) contract(s) of similar nature of constructions works successfully completed within the last 05 (Five) years, each with a value of at least BDT 4.0 (Four) Lac along with Performance Certificate of those satisfactorily completed works within last 05 (five) calendar years from date of tender notice from BPDB, DPDC, NESCO, DESCO & WZPDCL.
- Authenticated by completion certificate issued by relevant procuring entity (ies)"
-The Bidder must submit the attested copy of Performance certificate, Otherwise that Performance Certificate may not be Considered.
(c) In the event of any change in the route for line construction or renovation for any reason, the scope of work under the relevant BOQ items shall be sufficient to accommodate the construction or renovation of the line along the revised, more convenient route.
(d)Payment shall be made only for the actual quantity of work executed within the scope of work included in the BOQ, subject to the availability and allocation of the required materials, in accordance with the Rate Schedule-2026.
(e) Up-to-date valid Trade License, VAT registration certificates & Up-to-date income tax certificate.
