a. Tenderer must be competent in terms of legal, financial and technical qualifications as mentioned details in the Tender Data Sheet (TDS).
b. The Tenderer must enclose with Tender :
(i) Valid Trade License
(ii) Up-to-date Income Tax Certificate
(iii) Valid VAT Registration Certificate
(iv) Copy of NID card
c. The Tender security must be enclosed in the form of Pay Order or Bank Draft duly pledged in favor of the Registrar, Patuakhali Science & Technology University (PSTU), Dumki, Patuakhali, from any scheduled Bank of Bangladesh.
d.Tendere must have completion certificate of successful complition of at least one supply of Books and Journal of value 25.00 Lakhs within the stipulated time in last 05 (Five) Years.
e. Tenderes must have a 05 (Five) Years experience of Supply of Books and journals
f. Copy of NOA/Work Order must be attached with each Work Completion Certificate.
g. .Books replica must not be accepted.
h. Publisher authorization letter must be submitted.
