Brief Description of assignment :
Package No: e-TENDER: CHPH2/S9-CH;
Name of the Package: Procurement of Vehicles, Including Drivers for Clearing House; Item-1: Microbus (minimum 7 seats); Item-2:Sedan Car (minimum 5 seats);
A Microbus (of minimum 8 seats) and a Sedan Car (of minimum 5 seats) having the required specification will be hired for the daily usage of the project office along with 1 (one) driver for each vehicle. The monthly usage will be a maximum of 2500 km per vehicle and, in total, 20000 km per vehicle over a period of 8 (eight) months. However, the monthly bill payment will be based on the body charge (inclusive of driver's wage), which will be fixed, and the total fuel cost, which will be variable based on the actual monthly usage.
