Information for Tenderer/Consultant :

Eligibility of Consultant :	Any Bangladeshi national, including persons in the service of the Republic or the local authority/corporations, is eligible to apply for the positions. Government officials and civil servants, including individuals from autonomous bodies or corporations, while on leave of absence without pay, are not being hired by the agency they were working for immediately before going on leave, and their employment will not give rise to a conflict of interest, pursuant to Rule 133 (9) of the Public Procurement Rules, 2025. Persons who are already in employment in the services of the Republic or the local authorities/corporations, etc., must have written certification from their employer confirming that they are on leave without pay from their official position and allowed to work full-time outside of their previous official position. Such certification shall be provided to the client by the consultant as part of his/her applications. No person who has been convicted by any court of law or dismissed from services for misconduct shall be eligible for consideration for appointment to a post. The applicant has the legal capacity to enter into the contract. The applicant has fulfilled its obligations to pay taxes and social security contributions under the relevant national laws. The applicant shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt, fraudulent, collusive, coercive, or obstructive practices. The applicant shall not have a conflict of interest.
Brief Description of assignment :	Package No: e-TENDER: CHPH2/S8-CH/Item-1 Name of the Package: Selection of Individual Consultant (National) for Clearing House Management (Junior-Level Consultant)—1 Person. Primary Job Responsibilities: To carry out necessary works to facilitate to procurement of different software, hardware, consultants, training, and outsourcing related to the procurement of the project within the scope of TAPP within the project period or for the Clearing House of DTCA, whenever necessary. To carry out necessary file works to facilitate to implementation of the project within the scope of TAPP within the project period. Assist project personnel in arranging meetings, writing, and preparing minutes of PSC, PIC, JCC, DPEC, TC, PEC. TSC and all presentations. Assist Project Personnel in relation to clearing house and SPC formulation, getting registration documentation etc. as and when required. Help PD and PM in relation to the implementation of the project outcome in time. Provide all preparation documentation for national/international training, workshops, seminars, etc. Facilitate the PD or DTCA personnel in carrying out any sort of official correspondence whenever necessary. Assist PD, PM/APM, and any other Clearing House Personnel in relation to all procurement and correspondence, also reporting matters for successful implementation of Clearing House and the special-purpose company of the project.
