Eligibility of Tenderer :	1. The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be 5 years. 2. The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in construction of multi storied building under public sector of at least 1 (One) contract successfully completed within the last 5 (Five) years, with a value of at least Tk. 290.00 Lakh. 3. The required average annual construction turnover under public sector shall be greater than Tk 2.00 Crore over the last 5 (Five) years. 4. The minimum amount of financial resources as liquid asset or working capital or credit line(s) or specific credit commitment or in any combination of them, of the Tenderers shall be Tk 75.00 lakh 5. The minimum capacity shall be: 348.00 Lakh 6. The Tenderer shall possess the required technical and administrative personnel with the qualifications and experience specified in the Tender Data Sheet. 7. The Tenderer shall own or have proven access through hiring or leasing arrangements to the major construction equipment specified in the Tender Data Sheet.
