The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 10.00 lakh over the last five financial years. 4. The minimum amount of financial resources as liquid asset or working capital or credit line(s) or specific credit commitment or in any combination of them, of the Tenderers shall be Tk 15.00 lakh. 5. The minimum capacity shall be: 13.00 lakh 6. The Tenderer must have up-to-date Trade License, VAT Registration Certificate, up-to-date Income Tax Clearance Certificate/TIN.
