1. The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor shall be 5 years.

2. The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor under public sector of at least one contract of Routine and emergency electrical repair work for residential buildings successfully completed within the last 5 years, each with a value of at least Tk. 6(Six Lac).

3. The minimum amount of financial resources as liquid asset or credit line(s) must be submitted by the Tenderers shall be Tk 6(Six) Lac in the prescribed form e-PW3A-8 published by BPPA.

4. The Tenderer must enclose VAT registration certificate, up-to-date income tax clearance certificate, up to-date trade license, ABC/BC type Contractory and Supervisory license l & return slip of Assessment year mentioned in TDS.
7. VAT shall be deducted from the contractor's bill using the current NBR rate.
8. All other conditions as mentioned in TDS & PCC of e-tender document must be fulfilled.
