Information for Tenderer/Consultant :

Eligibility of Tenderer :	The Tenderer shall be legally established, holding valid Trade License, TIN, BIN/VAT Registration and applicable statutory documents; demonstrate financial soundness, relevant technical capability and experience to supply, install, commission and provide after-sales services; submit Manufacturer’s Authorization and evidence of conformity with Technical Specifications; not be insolvent, bankrupt, under receivership, or debarred/ineligible by the Government of Bangladesh or World Bank; and meet all Tender Document requirements. Additional documents required: At least one (1) completed mobile toilet supply contract within the last five (5) years, valued at minimum BDT 1 crore, supported by completion certificate, work order, agreement and NOA. Only Government organization orders shall be considered. Minimum 15 years’ general experience, supported by incorporation certificate and evidence. Evidence of physical factory/factories in Bangladesh, technical manpower, machinery, nationwide warehouse/depot and own distribution channel. Proof of manufacturer status. Evidence of annual production capacity equivalent to proposed requirements. Audited reports for the last five (5) years. Factory establishment certificate from the Board of Investment. BIDA Certificate. RJSC acknowledgement. Compliance with the Companies Act XVIII of 1994. Updated factory Fire Licence. Insurance Policy.
