| Eligibility of Tenderer : |
1. The minimum of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the supply of Goods and related services as Supplier shall be [3] years. Otherwise, the bidder would be Non-Responsive.
2. The minimum specific experience as Supplier in supply of similar Goods of at least [1] contract(s) successfully completed within the last [5] years, each with a value of at least Tk. [46,45,000/-]. Otherwise, the bidder would be Non-Responsive.
3. The minimum amount of financial resources as liquid asset or working capital or credit line(s) or specific credit commitment or in any combination of them, of the Tenderers shall be Tk [53,00,000/-] in Favor of Commissioner of Customs, ICD, Chattogram. Otherwise, the bidder would be Non-Responsive.
4. Income Tax Assessmentf Year shall be [2025-26] Otherwise, the bidder would be Non-Responsive.
5. Tender Security shall be TK. 1,65,000/-in Favor of Commissioner of Customs, ICD, Chattogram. Otherwise, the bidder would be Non-Responsive.
