1. The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in Construction Works as Prime Contractor shall be Five (5) years, years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.
2. The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor in construction works under public sector of at least one (1) contract of similar nature of civil construction work successfully completed within the last five (5) years with a value of at least Tk. 10.00 Lac, years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.
3. The required average annual construction turnover under public sector shall be greater than Tk. 9.00 lac over the last five (5) financial years. Only payment certificate shall be considered for turnover calculation. No completion certificate will be treated as payment certificate. The Tenderer must submit a summarized Turnover Calculation sheet of last 5 financial years.
4. The minimum amount of financial resources as liquid asset or working capital or credit line or specific credit commitment or in any combination of them, of the Tenderers shall be Tk. 11.00 lac. Document submitted along with the tender must be issued in between publication date and submission date of the tender. In case of credit facility (i.e. line of credit), Tenderer’s Bank is advised to use the form e-PW2A-8 (enclosed in section-8). Otherwise the tender will be summarily discarded.
5. Minimum Tender Capacity shall be Tk. 10.00 lac. The Tenderer must submit Tender Capacity Calculation sheet with the following supporting documents i) Maximum value of Works performed in any 1 year during the last 5 years and ii) Value of Existing commitments and works to be completed during the next 12 month.
6. The Tenderer shall submit upto date Trade License & Income Tax Clearance Certificate, Valid VAT Registration Certificate along with the tender.

Installation of partitions, tiling, polishing, civil and sanitary repairs and all related ancillary repair and maintenance works in various rooms on different levels of the south-eastern block inside the National Parliament Building.
