Eligibility of Tenderer : All tenderer enlisted in e-GP having following qualification:

• A satisfactory completion of similar work at least Tk. 11,00,000.00 (Eleven lac) only under single contract over a period of last 5 years.
• The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk. 15,00,000.00 (Fifteen lac) only over the last 5 years.
• The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit commitment of the Tenderer shall be Tk. 11,50,000.00 (Eleven lac fifty thousand) only. (Credit commitment certificate must be submitted individually for the tender mentioned with tender notice no, ID No and Name of work as per CPTU prescribed form.
• Tenders having quoted the offer in percentage is more than 10 (Ten) percent above or below the official cost estimated of the proposed works, shall be rejected.
• As per consent of CPTU, the Tenders shall be evaluated in the e-GP system with help of online database system-TDMS.
• Qualification information and evidences (such as work experience certificate, on-going works list, payment certificates for construction turnover, equipment list (own or rented), personnel list etc) of the Tenderers as mapped in the e-GP Tenders must be available in the TDMS system so that TEC can evaluate the tenders digitally within short period of time.
• If there is any confliction information in TDMS and e-GP, the information provided in the e-GP system shall prevail.
• A Tenderer not having sufficient information in the TDMS system may be evaluated as ineligible.
