01. The Bidder must have workshop facilities of his own.
02. The bidder have skilled Manpower. 03. The Bidder will visit GPFPLC plant site prior to submit offer and collect visiting certificate from user section.
04. One sample to be performance tested from user section before issue NOA. If the sample would be tested ok, NOA will be issued in favour of the Bidder.
05.At the time assemble of parts in the Gear boxes representative of GPFPLC will visit the workshop of the Contractor.
06.The Bidder must have similar work experience. At least 01 (One) work order and related work completion certificate must be submitted along with the offer by the Bidder. otherwise, the offer will be considered as Non-responsive.
07. Taxation obligation documents or equivalent: Valid Trade License, Up dated income tax certificate, TIN, BIN and NID card to be submitted
