Eligibility of Tenderer :	1. The minimum of years of general experience of the Tenderer shall be five years. 2. The minimum specific experience as Prime Contractor of similar nature of Successfully Completed work at least one (1) contract successfully completed within the last five years, with a value of at least Tk. 3.50 lakh 3. The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 4.0 lakh. 4. The minimum amount of financial resources as liquid asset of the Tenderer shall be Tk 4.0 lakh 5. The minimum capacity shall be: Tk. 4.0 lakh 6. The Tenderer must have up-to-date Trade License, VAT Registration Certificate, up-to-date Income Tax Clearance Certificate and ABC/BC catagory electrical and Supervisory liscence issued from electric liscensing board.
