This Invitation for Tenders is open to Tenderers as specified in the TDS.

1.Tenderer should have valid up to dated Trade Licence, Latest Income Tax certificate, valid e-TIN certificate, VAT, Bank solvency, Nationality certificate, Authorization Letter.
2. Tenderers shall have the legal capacity to enter into the Contract, under the Applicable Law.
3. Tenderers must have at least 01(one) year Cooling Tower water treatment Chemicals supply experience in BPDB otherwise tender will be non-responsive.
4. Tenderers must submit a 1(one) liter each sample by 16/11/2026 at 5:00 PM to the Office of the Chief Chemist, Bibiyana-3, 400 MW CCPP, Habiganj, in a suitable packet/jar/bottle, in order to fulfill the requirements mentioned in the technical specifications of the tender documents otherwise the tenderer will be non- responsive.
5. After delivery, the winning contractor must submit laboratory test certificates for the supplied items from institutions such as BPDB Lab (except Bibiyana-3, 400 MW CCPP, Habiganj), BUET, BAEC, BSTI, BCSIR, or any other government-recognized institute before the R&I. Unless these certificates are submitted, the R&I will not proceed, and the items will be sent back.
6. Tenderers must fulfil the requirements of TDS & PCC.
7. Tenderers must submit a written commitment that they are committed to supply estimated quantity in different segments as purchaser wants.
8. Tenderers must submit an end-user certificate for cooling tower water treatment chemicals as proof of chemical supply experience in BPDB; otherwise, the tenderer will be non-responsive.

Procurement of Different Essential Chemicals ie Hypo( Calcium Hypo Chloride), Bioside, Anti Scalant, Corrosion Inhabitor for the opretion of the Cooling Tower Water treatment of the Bibiyana-3, 400 MW CCPP, Habiganj

1.Biocide, Non-oxidizing biocide for cooling Tower, Specific gravity:1.00-1.1 , pH-7-9, Appearance-Light pink.

2.Corrosion Inhibitor, Orthophosphate based corrosion inhibitor, pH: < 2.0, Specific gravity (at 25°C): 1.20-1.29, Total Phosphate Content: Min. 30-40%, Appearance: colourless, purpose: To prevent corrosion in the condenser.

3.Scale inhibitor, Organo phosphate based scale inhibitor pH: < 2.0, Specific gravity:1.2-1.25 , Active Content (as Phosphonic Acid): 40-50% min, Appearance: pale yellow, Purpose: To prevent scaling in the condenser.
