Eligibility of Consultant :	1. Consulting firm should have adequate experience in Production of Promotional Video, Documentary Video etc. 2. Consulting firm should have the legal status to enter into the contract. 3. The consulting firm should not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt, fraudulent, coercive practices in completing for, or in executing a contract under public fund. 4. The consulting firm is not insolvent, in receivership, bankrupt or being wound up their business activities have not been suspended and it is not the subject of legal proceedings for any of the foregoing. 5. The consulting firm has fulfilled its obligations to pay taxes and social security contribution under the relevant national laws and regulation. 6. The consulting firm shall have national/ international reputation.
Brief Description of assignment :	Selection of Audio Video documentation & Promotional Video on ADSRMTP Bangladesh
Experience, Resources and delivery capacity required :	a) At least three (03) years of general experience in providing services to Government/ Multinational Companies/ Association/ Private Entities. b) Minimum three (03) years of experience in AV Production/ Docudrama/ Teledrama. c) Must have successfully completed at least one (01) assignment of similar nature (Agriculture related) for Government/ Association/ Multinational Companies with value minimum of 05 lac (Taka five Lac Only) with single contract in last three (03) years. d) All legal documents including updated trade license, update VAT, TIN Certificate, updated tax clearance certificate (Tax assessment year 2026-2027). e) Interested firm should have provide following information (a) Details of organization and key staffs including qualification and experience (b) List of similar assignment (f) Might have the capacity to broadcast the contents in reputed tv channels
