Eligibility of Tenderer :	1. The minimum number years of general experience of the Tender in the construction work shall be 5[five] years. 2. A satisfactory completion of similar works at least Tk 4.5(four point five)] lac under 5 [five] of contract(s) over a period of 5 [five] years shall be required. Must be submitted work completion certificate at Government / semi Government/ Autonomous organization. 3. The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 5.50 five point five] lac over the last 5 [five] years.(5.50 lac*5=27.5)lac. Must be submitted recent up to date Bank statement certificate /Audit report / Work completion certificate for comply the Tenderer construction Turnover. 4. The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or Unconditional credit facilities / Unconditional Bank Gurante of the Tenderer shall be Tk 5.5 [five point] lac.Must be submitted recent Bank certificate with mentioned the Balance / Unconditional credit facilities. 5.Tender will be rejected if the quoted price is more than 10% above or below the approved official estimated cost according Bangladesh Government Gazette and up-date Standered Tender documents of CPTU. 6.N:B. Others terms and condition are specified in TDS & PCC.
