A satisfactory completion of similar works of at least Tk 12.50 Lac under single contract over a period of 03(three) years shall be required. 02. The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 17.00 Lac over the last Five (5) years. 03. The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk 17.00 Lac (after date of tender publication). In case of credit facilities, Tender Id must be mentioned.
