Eligibility of Tenderer :	1. A satisfactory completion of similar works of at least Tk. 17.00 Lac under single of contract(s) over a period of 05 years shall be required. (years will be counted backward from the date of publication of IFT in the website). 2. The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk. 25.00 Lac over the last 05 years.(years will be counted backward from the date of publication of IFT in the website). Turnover will be calculated on the basis of payment certificates only. 03. The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities ofthe Tenderer shall be Tk. 15.00 Lac. (years will be counted backward from the date of publication of IFT in the website). 4. Any/All Tenderers who have registration in e-GP system may participate in the Tender provided they satisfied the criteria as stated in the TDS. If the quoted price varies by more than 10.00% above/less of the engineers estimate then the tender will be rejected. 5. Latest amendment of PPA-2006 and PPR-2008 shall be followed in tender evaluation.
