Eligibility of Tenderer :	1.0 The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the field of ship propulsion machineries supply, installing and comissioning works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor or supplier shall be 5 (Five) years. 2.0 The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor or supplier in ship construction works of at least 2 (Two) contract of similar nature, complexity and methods/ construction technology successfully completed within the last 5 (Five) years, with a value of at least Tk. 8.00 (Eight) crore. 3.0 The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 6.50 (Six point five) Crore over the last 5 (Five) years. 4.0 The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk 2.00 (Two) Crore. Bidder must submit bank certificate. 5.0 The minimum Tender Capacity shall beÂ 11 (Eleven) crore. 6.0 Valid and up-to-date trade licance 7.0 TIN number and certificate. 8.0 Vat registration certificate. 09.0 Company registration certificate.
