Information for Tenderer/Consultant :

Eligibility of Tenderer :	a) who have minimum 5(five) years of general experience in building Construction works (time will be counted backward from the date of publication of IFT in e-GP system) b) experience in successfully completion of at least 1(one) number of building construction in/c. Civil, Sanitary, Electric and other ancillary works worth not less than Tk 150.00 (One hundred Fifty) Lac only in a single work order in Government / Semi-Government/ Autonomous Bodies/ Organization of Bangladesh during last 5(five) years. (time will be counted backward from the date of publication of IFT in e-GP system) c) The required average annual construction turn over must be greater than Tk. 700.00 (Seven Hundred) Lac only during last 5(five) years. Necessary supporting documents (Detail payment certificate) shall be issued by not below the rank of Executive Engineer of the concern department and shall be submitted with the tender. Any estimated cost or contract value will not be Considered to calculate Average Annual Construction Turnover. (time will be counted backward from the date of publication of IFT in e-GP system) d) The tenderder must have a minimum amount of free funds (liquid Assets) /Credit facilities, working capacity Tk. 100.00 (One hundred) Lac only. e) Having upto date VAT, Income Tax Clearance, Trade License , ABC/BC Electrical license & supervisory license f) Other required eligibility and conditions of the tenderer are shown in tender data sheet of tender documents.
