Eligibility of Tenderer :	a)The tender shall have a minimum of 5 (five) years of overall experience in the Civil Construction works in field. b) Contractors Shall Have of govt /semi govt. and single contract of any Road/Drain Construction work successfully completed works worth value of at least TK.1.00 (One) Lacs during of last 5 (five) years. c) Minimum average annual construction turnover should be tk. 2.50 (Two lac fifty thousand) Lacs over the period of last five years. Completed work certificate from Govt / semi Govt. / autonomous bodies will be accepted. Any work certificate from Private sector will not be acceptable. (Submit In support of annual turnover, experience has attested copies by work completion certificate only. Bank solvency certificate with bank statement and Work completion certificate must be issued by executive engineer or equivalent). d) The tenderers shall have minimum amount of liquid asset or working capital amount 1 (One Lacs Steady balance for 7 (Seven ) days prior to submission of the tender or credit facilities (existing with available fund supported by bank statement) for this package. e) The intending tender must have/submit valid up to date trade license, vat, income tax clearance certificate Up to date license etc. f) Any Conditional tender will considered as non responsive.
